COVID-19 RESPONSE
Intersect Youth & Family Services has implemented several measures to support the safety of their staff and clients during the COVID 19 Pandemic. These measures are guided by the recommendations of the BC Provincial Health Officer, Worksafe BC and the Ministry of Child and Family Development.
Intersect will provide services virtually through phone or the Zoom app for all clients that are emotionally, physically and technologically able to do so. In-person services will only be offered at the discretion of the clinician with their supervisor and assessed on an individual basis. The client and all members of their household must agree to the safeguards outlined in the COVID-19 In Person Services Agreement prior to an in-person appointment being scheduled at Intersect.
