COVID-19 RESPONSE

Intersect Youth & Family Services has implemented several measures to support the safety of their staff and clients during the COVID 19 Pandemic. As a BC Government Equivalent agency, Intersect and its staff will always abide by the requirements and recommendations of the BC Provincial Health Officer, Worksafe BC and the Ministry of Child and Family Development.

Intersect Youth & Family Services is located in Prince George, BC and is an accreditated, non-profit society governed by a Board of Directors. The Society was incorporated in 1983; its mission, to develop, coordinate and deliver a comprehensive range of services to youth, children and families in Northern British Columbia.

Intersect Youth & Family Services provides voluntary counselling for children and youth under the age of 19, offering a wide variety of programs to clients and their families at no cost. Primarily funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Intersect represents a surplus of experiences, education and therapeutic styles to suit every child and youth’s specific needs.
